Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and hot leads
• Respond to inbound leads within minutes
• Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps
• Maintain clean and up-to-date CRM records (ServiceTitan)
• Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads
• Collaborate with outside sales and installation teams
• Hit KPIs: 85%+ booking, 250+ calls, 25%+ conversion, 200+ booked estimates per month
