Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – Paramedic to provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment. This role delivers high-fidelity training, operates simulation systems, and maintains certifications at Fort Riley, Kansas.

The instructor will conduct TC3 and CLS/68W training, manage student evaluations, and support field and classroom sessions while adhering to contract performance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering emergency medical or tactical trauma training.
• Current required medical certifications in a relevant field.
• Ability to instruct mixed military populations in classroom, lab, and field environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across ASM/Tier I, CLS/Tier II, CM/Tier III, and CP/Tier IV.
• Instruct 68W Combat Medic sustainment training and CLS for non-medical personnel.
• Operate MSTC systems and configure realistic training scenarios.
• Maintain training records, evaluations, and documentation.
