Cardinal Group Companies in Eugene, OR is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader to support the Community Manager, focusing on leasing, marketing, resident relations and daily operations. The role aims for high occupancy by retaining residents, marketing current and future availability, and delivering exceptional service.

You will greet prospects, process applications, maintain records, coordinate tours, and participate in Cardinal U training.

Formación

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and enjoys a fast pace environment.
• Excellent service and customer focus in person and over the phone.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing for correspondence.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospective clients, present property, qualify needs and close the sale.
• Answer calls professionally for clients, internal teams or vendors.
• Complete lease applications and verify results.
• Maintain accurate client records and daily reports.
• Maintain tour routes for curb appeal.
• Assist residents as part of the concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training.
