Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills: warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to embody the Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values every day.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients and qualify needs, present the property, use feature/benefit selling, close the sale and follow up.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and handle accordingly for prospects, clients, team members, or vendors.
• Complete lease applications and participate in verification; notify prospects of results.
• Maintain accurate client records and update daily occupancy and activity reports.
• Maintain tour routes for curb appeal and assist residents via the concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
