Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Warmly greet prospective clients and answer leasing calls.
• Determine needs, present the community, and close the sale.
• Follow up and complete all lease applications and paperwork.
• Maintain accurate lease file documentation and audits.
• Keep tour paths clean for a positive first impression.

• Assist with planning community events and other projects.
