Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive Genius solutions for small and mid-sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service industries. You will manage a pipeline through field prospecting and local networking, delivering consultative presentations in person and virtually.

Qualifications

• B2B outside sales experience preferred, SaaS/fintech or merchant services a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; able to build relationships both in person and virtually.
• High energy, self-motivated, results driven with a team mindset; valid driver's license required.
• Must live within 2 hours of the job posting location.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and Global Payments solutions to SMBs across restaurant, retail, and service industries.
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and virtually to show how Genius helps businesses streamline payments and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales quickly.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity in Atlas and Salesforce with call notes and follow-ups.
