Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience (Automotive, Fast Food, Retail, etc.).
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with ability to train and develop a team.
• Comfortable with basic math and using computer-based tools.
• Authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Oversee cash handling and POS procedures.
• Assist with inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and schedule team members.
• Lead by example using service standards while performing services.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain EH&S compliance and take ownership when GM is away.
