Jiffy Lube is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a team delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will coach staff, manage performance, and uphold J Team Service Standards while performing lube services.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, and ensuring safety and compliance, with ownership of operations when the GM is away.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience required.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and basic business tools.
