Job summary

Jiffy Lube is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and elevate guest experiences in a fast-paced automotive setting. You will coach staff, manage performance, and uphold service standards to build a winning store culture.

As AGM, you’ll support the General Manager, oversee scheduling, inventory, and safety compliance, and ensure top-notch guest satisfaction while driving operational excellence daily.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience in automotive, fast food, or retail.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.
• Comfort with basic math and using computers/internet tools.
• Ability to stand long hours and lift 50+ lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Oversee cash handling and POS procedures.
• Help manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and schedule team members.
• Lead by example using service standards while performing service work.
• Create a positive guest experience and resolve concerns.
