You will coach staff, manage schedules, oversee inventory, and uphold safety standards while representing Jiffy Lube’s service values. Previous retail leadership is valued.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and maintain a clean, safe, operationally excellent environment.
• Oversee cash handling and POS procedures.
• Manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking.
• Recruit, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team members.
• Lead by example using J Team Service Standards while performing lube services.
• Create a positive guest experience and resolving concerns professionally.
• Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety compliance.
• Take full ownership of operations when the GM is away.
