Jiffy Lube International, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a dynamic service center team. In partnership with the General Manager, you will drive revenue growth, coach staff, and ensure top-notch guest experiences daily.

You will develop teammates through training, manage inventory and safety, and contribute to budgeting and forecasts. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience; automotive experience not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong business sense with understanding of the retail sector.
• Able to analyze financial objectives to drive sales and service results.
• Professional conduct and appearance at all times.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance retail environment.
• Guest-first mindset and guest satisfaction focus.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by collaborating with the GM to increase guest count and lead measures.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training and ongoing guidance.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed.
• Handle inventory, cash processes, guest issues, and coordinate with DM on initiatives.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide clear direction and mentorship to the team; lead daily huddles and store meetings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center per guidelines.
