Jiffy Lube is hiring an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support daily operations, drive sales, and lead a team delivering exceptional guest experiences. If you enjoy coaching, solving problems, and building a winning store culture, this role is for you.

The AGM will oversee store operations, inventory, staffing, and safety, while acting as the GM in their absence. This fast‑paced role rewards initiative with growth opportunities and hands‑on leadership.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience (Automotive, Fast Food, Retail, etc.).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages).
• Ability to confidently use computers, internet tools, and complete required forms.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., bend, reach, climb, etc.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Opening/closing the store and maintaining a clean, safe, operationally excellent environment.
• Overseeing cash handling and POS procedures.
• Helping manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking.
• Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team members.
• Leading by example using J Team Service Standards while performing lube services.
• Creating a positive guest experience and resolving concerns with professionalism.
• Ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety compliance.
• Taking full ownership of operations when the GM is away.
