Job summary

Jiffy Lube is hiring a high‑energy Assistant General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As AGM, you will open/close, manage inventory and cash, recruit and schedule staff, and uphold J Team Service Standards while performing lube services. A minimum of 1 year retail management experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience or higher.
• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable using computers and completing required forms.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and maintain a clean, safe, operationally excellent environment.
• Oversee cash handling and POS procedures.
• Manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking.
• Recruit, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team members.
• Lead by example using J Team Service Standards while performing lube services.
• Create a positive guest experience and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety compliance.
• Take full ownership of operations when the GM is away.
