Jiffy Lube is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a team committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will support the General Manager, oversee staffing, training, and performance, and model top-tier service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The AGM role emphasizes team development, safety, and accountability, with opportunities to advance as the store grows and performance improves.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages).
• Ability to confidently use computers, internet tools, and complete required forms.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., bend, reach, climb, etc.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Opening/closing the store & maintaining a clean, safe, operationally excellent environment
• Overseeing cash handling and POS procedures
• Helping manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking
• Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team members
• Leading by example using J Team Service Standards while performing lube services
• Creating a positive guest experience & resolving concerns with professionalism
• Ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety compliance
• Taking full ownership of operations when the GM is away
