Jiffy Lube is seeking a High-Energy Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support daily operations, drive sales, and lead a team delivering exceptional guest experiences. If you love coaching people, solving problems, and building a winning store culture, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll be the heartbeat of store operations, partnering with the GM to boost performance, while ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages).
• Ability to use computers and complete required forms.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Oversee cash handling and POS procedures.
• Assist with inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and schedule team members.
• Lead by example using service standards while performing lube services.
• Create a positive guest experience and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure EH&S compliance.
• Take ownership of operations when GM is away.
