Qualifications

• Minimum previous sales experience in construction or related industries.
• Knowledge of heavy and compact construction equipment and applications preferred.
• Familiarity with financing and leasing options for equipment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Experience operating around construction equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with contractors and construction companies within the territory.
• Travel to jobsites, visit customers, and identify opportunities to grow the business.
• Present and configure equipment solutions and financing options for clients.
• Collaborate with internal product support and rental teams to ensure customer success.
• Drive revenue through new customer acquisition and ongoing account development.
