Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Service Advisor in Springfield, MA to deliver outstanding customer service and coordinate vehicle repairs. You will greet customers, assess needs during a walk-around, explain recommended maintenance, and generate accurate repair orders using the CDK system.

In this role you’ll communicate clearly with technicians and customers, obtain approvals for additional services, and guide customers to a timely vehicle return with transparent pricing and future recommendations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain vehicle services and pricing clearly.
• Detail-oriented with good math skills for estimating.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls with a welcoming, professional manner.
• Identify customer needs through vehicle inspection and communicate findings.
• Prepare repair orders in CDK, obtain approvals, and relay estimates to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and dispatchers to complete services.
• Follow up with customers on vehicle status and finalize delivery.
