Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver excellent customer service, greet customers professionally, and identify and communicate needed repairs based on multi-point vehicle inspections. You will act as the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring understanding of services and costs, and obtaining approvals before proceeding.

• Ability to identify and explain service needs after vehicle inspection.
• Obtain approvals for findings and pricing before proceeding.
• Accurate completion of repair orders using the CDK system.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Greet customers and confirm concerns and required services.
• Provide estimates and obtain customer approvals for services.
• Communicate with technicians/dispatchers to ensure service requirements are clear.
• Follow up with customers during repair to update status and costs.
• Deliver completed vehicle and explain services performed and recommendations.
