Job summary

Orkin is hiring an Outside Sales Rep to join its Commercial sales team in the United States. You’ll leverage a prestigious brand and award-winning training to sell pest control solutions to diverse industries, while earning a base salary plus uncapped commissions.

You’ll develop strategic relationships, meet sales goals, and use provided tools to prepare proposals and close deals. This role offers growth, a company vehicle after training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and satisfy standards.
• Build trusted relationships as a partner protecting the customer’s business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting and assigned leads.
• Use marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections and present solutions to customers.
