Job summary

Orkin, LLC is hiring for an Outside Sales Rep to join its Commercial sales team. You’ll leverage a trusted brand and award-winning training to sell pest prevention solutions to diverse industries, driving growth and customer satisfaction.

You’ll be part of a team that rewards performance with an uncapped commission structure, a company vehicle after training, and a robust benefits package. This is a long-term career with leadership pathways.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy their regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property and present solutions.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
