• No experience required, sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to prevent pests and uphold quality and safety standards.
• Build trusted relationships with customers to protect their business.
• Listen to needs and explain practical solutions to win over customers.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections and recommend solutions.
• Prepare sales agreements and stay organized using the provided tools.
