Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join our Commercial sales team. You’ll sell pest management solutions to diverse industries, building trusted relationships while meeting sales goals.

You’ll receive extensive training, a company vehicle, and a competitive pay package with uncapped commissions. No industry experience is required to start your career with Orkin, a brand with almost 125 years of service.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and ensure safety
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting clients’ businesses
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development
• Conduct inspections of commercial properties and communicate findings and solutions
• Prepare sales agreements and stay organized using provided tools and training
