Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join its Commercial sales team. You will understand Orkin’s products and services, and sell to a variety of industries.

You’ll build trusted client relationships, assess pest needs, and present practical solutions with the support of award-winning training. Expect strong earning potential with base salary plus uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required, Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and ensure safety and regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships as a key partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior properties and present clear, practical solutions.
