Orkin is hiring an Outside Sales Rep to join its Commercial sales team. You’ll leverage a trusted brand, sell pest management solutions to diverse industries, and build lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required
• Sales or prospecting experience preferred
• Strong communication skills or customer relationship management skills required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our customers inside their businesses and/or homes

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Conduct yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by utilizing training to recommend the best innovative overall solution for each customer's needs
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s property and propose solutions after addressing questions and setting expectations
