Orkin, part of Rollins, Inc., is seeking an Outside Sales Rep for the Commercial market. You’ll leverage a premier brand and training to sell pest management solutions to diverse industries, earning uncapped commissions and a professional career path.

The role offers base pay plus commissions, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits. No industry experience is required; training is provided to help you succeed and grow within a mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property and recommend solutions.
• Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
