Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep for its Commercial sales team in Charlotte, NC. You will leverage top-tier training and a strong brand to win new business and protect client interests.

This role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, a company vehicle with gas card after training, and a comprehensive benefits package. No industry experience is required to start, with training provided to accelerate your success.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and meet standards.
• Build trusted relationships as a key partner protecting their business.
• Win over customers with confidence and care through listening and clear explanations.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of interior/exterior of commercial properties and recommend solutions.
• Use provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
