Job summary

Orkin Commercial is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join a high-performing team delivering pest-control solutions to diverse industries. You'll leverage award-winning training, a strong brand, and a competitive compensation plan to maximize earnings—first-year earnings target: $80,000 to $120,000 USD annually including base salary and uncapped commissions.

Expect a company vehicle, a provided iPhone and iPad with sales software, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and meet safety standards.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Use provided tools to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
