Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join its Commercial sales team. You will represent a trusted brand with extensive training and a strong track record in customer satisfaction.

The role offers a base plus uncapped commission, a company vehicle after training, and a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll build relationships with commercial clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored pest management solutions.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsabilités

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and uphold safety standards.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior of commercial properties and present findings.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
