Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join the Commercial sales team. You will sell Orkin products and services to a range of industries, build trusted client relationships, and drive pest prevention solutions. Training is provided and success leads to leadership opportunities.

Eligible candidates can expect a base salary with uncapped commission, a company vehicle after training, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required to start building your career.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and meet standards.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships with customers as an essential partner.
• Prospect for new business and follow assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior of commercial properties and explain solutions.
