Olly Olly in Charlotte, NC is seeking a National Account Executive to drive digital marketing and SaaS solutions for small businesses. The role is on-site, Monday–Friday, with a base salary plus uncapped commission and a November start date.

First-year earnings target ranges from $80K to $120K, with top performers above $300K. You’ll prospect aggressively, close deals, and advance to senior roles through a defined promotion path.

Qualifications

• High-volume outbound calling and lead qualification.
• Ability to run a full sales cycle from prospect to close by month 2.
• Strong communication and coachability to apply feedback quickly.

Responsibilities

• Make 70 to 80 outbound calls per day.
• Sell digital marketing and SaaS solutions to small business owners.
• Set appointments for senior reps during your first weeks.
• Run your own full sales cycle (prospect to close) by month 2.
• Handle objections, create urgency, build pipeline daily.
• Participate in daily huddles, call reviews, and ongoing coaching.
