Orkin is seeking an Account Manager for Bloomington, IN to build lasting client relationships, oversee accounts, perform on-site inspections, and design service plans that deliver measurable pest control results.

Qualifications

• Prior B2B relationship-building experience is preferred.
• Confident, competitive, and goal-driven; able to work independently and in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Build credibility and long-term relationships with commercial clients.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting, networking, and expanding accounts within territory.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections; paid training provided.
• Deliver compelling presentations to highlight Orkin’s value and close business.
• Serve as main point of contact to strengthen retention and partnerships.
• Use company-provided tools to manage proposals, organize day, and manage pipeline.
• Prioritize safety on every visit and inspection.
• Represent Orkin as a trusted advisor with clear communication and value-driven solutions.
• Listen actively to understand customer concerns and position Orkin as a strategic partner.
• Translate findings into tailored recommendations to reduce risk for customers.
• Set expectations and ensure customers feel supported and informed.
