Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days with company support.
• Ability to climb, crawl and work in varying weather conditions.
• No pest control experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Build credibility and long-term relationships with commercial clients.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting, networking, and expanding accounts within territory.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections; thorough training provided.
• Deliver compelling presentations highlighting Orkin’s value and close business.
• Serve as main point of contact for accounts to strengthen retention and partnerships.
• Use company-provided iPad to prepare proposals, organize daily schedule, and manage pipeline.
• Ensure safety on every visit and communicate clearly to clients.
