Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must pass Benihana chef training program.
• Previous chef or cook experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes guests in a timely manner.
• Performs a cooking show for assigned tables, engaging with guests.
• Prepares foods according to portions standards and recipes.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and hibachi tables.
• Ensures proper food handling and storage per FIFO guidelines.
• Presents a clean, courteous appearance and interacts with guests.
