Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Must pass Benihana chef training program.
• Previous chef or cook experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform a hibachi-style cooking show when at their table.
• Prepare a variety of foods for cooking according to recipes and portions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and teppan areas.
• Ensure correct food portions and presentation per standards.
• Handle, store, label, and rotate foods following FIFO.
