Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of Benihana chef training program preferred.
• Previous chef or cook experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests within 15 minutes of teppan order.
• Perform a cooking show for assigned tables with friendly interaction.
• Provide guests with information about Benihana foods during cooking.
• Follow guest instructions and respond promptly to requests.
• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items using kitchen equipment.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and kitchen sanitation.
• Adhere to portion standards, recipes, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized kitchen and serving areas.
