Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking Certified Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one home care in Union, Plainfield, South Plainfield, Watchung, Westfield and nearby towns. Earn $16 per hour plus extra rewards through our Caregiver Rewards Program and benefits through a comprehensive package.

This role offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, weekends) and opportunities for growth. Ideal candidates are compassionate, reliable, and trustworthy professionals with a current CHHA license.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) License.
• Willingness to work in Union, Elizabeth and surrounding areas.
• English/bilingual English preferred.
• Drivers preferred.
• Demonstrates compassion, reliability, trustworthiness and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility.
• Help with daily care and maintain clean, safe living spaces.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Respect diverse client homes and personalities; be a friendly, steady presence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care — like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
