Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one in-home care in Passaic and surrounding areas. Valid CHHA license required; bilingual preferred; reliable transportation and compassionate, trustworthy demeanor essential.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) License
• Must be willing to work in Passaic and surrounding areas
• Proficient English, bilingual preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors
• Most importantly: Be a friendly face and a steady presence
