Care Finders, Inc. is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care in Newark and surrounding communities. Earn $16/hr with additional rewards through our Caregiver Rewards Program.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NJ CHHA license.
• Willingness to work in Newark and surrounding areas.
• English preferred (bilingual considered)
• Reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care to clients.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals).
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Report safety concerns as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike dressing, bathing, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
