Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide to provide compassionate in-home care for patients in Camden and surrounding areas. You will deliver personal care, companionship, and support with daily activities in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Must hold NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license.
• Must be willing to work in Camden and surrounding areas.
• Comfortable providing care for bedbound clients and daily needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities including dressing, bathing, meals; standing, walking, lifting as needed.
• Assist with daily care such as dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed.
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence for clients.
