Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one in-home care in Parlin, NJ. The role offers competitive pay at $16 per hour, weekly pay, and participation in our caregiver rewards program to earn extra for reliability and great care.

The team supports you with paid orientation, flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and retirement options. English preferred; CHHA license required.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Board of Nursing CHHA license.
• Must be willing to work in Parlin (Sayreville), NJ.
• English preferred.
• Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals.
• Help with daily care — like dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed.
• Most importantly: Be a friendly face and a steady presence.
