Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is hiring Certified Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one in-home care across New Jersey communities. The role emphasizes compassionate companionship, safety, and daily living support.

Training and orientation are provided, with flexible scheduling to fit part-time and full-time needs. Paid weekly, with additional referral rewards and caregiver recognition programs. A CHHA license and driver's license are preferred, along with reliability and trustworthiness in serving

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license is required.
• Bilingual English preferred.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Must show compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility support.
• Help with daily care such as dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Provide medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed.
• Be a friendly, steady presence for clients.

Job Requirements:

• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care — like dressing, bathing, and meals

• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
