Care Finders, Inc. in Trenton is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team for in-home, one-on-one care. You will help clients with daily activities, safety, and companionship, enabling them to remain independent at home.

The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and a client-centered approach, with opportunities for flexible schedules and ongoing support from a caring team.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license.
• Availability in Trenton and surrounding areas.
• Comfortable providing care for bedbound clients including personal care, mobility, and daily needs.
• English proficiency preferred.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility support.
• Help with daily care (dressing, bathing, toileting, meals).
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Provide medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Respect diverse client homes and personalities; be a friendly, steady presence.

• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care — like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals

• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
