Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. seeks a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to deliver compassionate, one-on-one in-home care in Trenton, Ewing, Lawrence, Princeton and surrounding areas. Roles include bedbound support, mobility assistance, personal cares, and daily living tasks, with a focus on safety and client comfort.

The position offers flexible full-time or part-time shifts, paid orientation, and a caregiver rewards program. English preferred, driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid NJ CHHA license.
• Ability to provide bedbound care including personal care, mobility and daily activities.
• Bilingual English preferred; driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care and companionship to clients.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility, including dressing, bathing and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming; support routines and medications reminders.
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed.
• Be a friendly, reliable presence in the client’s home.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
