Care Finders, Inc. is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes in Jersey City and surrounding areas. Earn $16/hour with paid orientation and weekly pay.

• Must have NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license.
• English preferred or bilingual.
• Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Provide medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Work comfortably with diverse client homes and personalities.
• Be a friendly, steady presence for clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
