Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. in Clifton, NJ is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide one-on-one in-home care. You will support clients with daily living activities, companionship, and health reminders, delivering compassionate, respectful service in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Must hold NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license.
• Fluent English required; bilingual preferred.
• Available to work in Clifton and surrounding areas.
• Reliable transportation needed.
• Demonstrates compassion, reliability, trustworthiness and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care and companionship to clients.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals); assist with mobility as needed.
• Ensure living spaces are clean, safe and welcoming.
• Provide medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Be a friendly, steady presence in diverse client homes.

Job Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
