HALO Diagnostics is looking for a Patient Navigator specializing in Hereditary Cancer Testing to join our team in Sterling, VA. In this full-time, in-person role, you will provide vital support to patients during their diagnostic journey, coordinating care and assisting with phlebotomy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recent experience as a Medical Assistant working with a clinical team.
• Experience with insurance verifications and authorizations (minimum 2 years).
• National Certified Phlebotomist with strong experience in blood collection.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and support for high-risk patients undergoing genetic testing.
• Register patients and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Perform blood draws and specimen collection.
