HALO Diagnostics in Boulder, CO seeks a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) to guide patients through hereditary cancer testing. You will educate, coordinate care, collect specimens, and ensure a seamless patient experience across partner locations.

You will work with clinicians and operations teams to maintain high-quality care, while following HALO Dx’s Navigator Pillars and HIPAA requirements. Remote work is not offered; schedule is M–F, 8–5.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (front or back office).
• 2+ years in insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with diagnostic or genetic specimen collection.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing from start to finish.
• Provide clear, compassionate education on testing procedures and next steps.
• Coordinate scheduling, specimen collection, and follow-up with partner sites.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to ensure efficient workflows.
