Job summary

HALO Diagnostics is seeking a Patient Navigator for hereditary cancer testing at our Aurora site. The role combines patient education, care coordination, and phlebotomy support in a fast-paced clinic.

You will guide patients through education, scheduling, and specimen collection while working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. The position offers a full-time, in-person schedule with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with clinical experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for patient communication.
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing and education.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, specimen collection, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/EHR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
