HALO Precision Diagnostics is seeking a Patient Navigator for Hereditary Cancer Testing in Virginia. You will educate patients, coordinate care, and provide limited phlebotomy support within a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver a compassionate, high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years as Medical Assistant in a clinical team.
• Two years experience with insurance verification/authorization.
• Nationally certified phlebotomist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proficient in venipuncture and specimen collection.
• Able to work across multiple sites and travel if needed.

Responsibilities

• Educate and support high-risk patients undergoing hereditary cancer testing.
• Register patients and coordinate follow-ups.
• Explain procedures clearly and compassionately.
• Perform blood draws and specimen collection.
• Label specimens accurately and maintain records.
• Ensure clean, safe clinical environment.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to complete tasks.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned patients.
