Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Hemostasis (Coagulation) Sales Specialist to drive multi-year revenue growth across hospital systems, reference labs, and corporate accounts. You will lead high-value sales cycles, align clinical, operational, and financial priorities, and articulate automation and informatics value tied to our portfolio.

The role requires extensive travel and a track record of exceeding growth objectives, with strong executive engagement and cross-functional leadership

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise-level sales across hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, or corporate accounts.
• Experience influencing executive, operational, clinical, IT, finance and procurement stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies for Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Lead complex sales cycles with executive discovery, stakeholder mapping, and business-case creation.
• Cultivate executive sponsorship and trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite and health-system leaders.
• Build integrated automation and informatics value propositions tied to equipment and connected solutions.
• Orchestrate matrixed team-selling motions across multiple Siemens teams to deliver an enterprise strategy.
• Own disciplined commercial execution including funnel management, forecast accuracy, and account planning.
• Shape strategic pursuits and influence portfolio growth priorities in a matrixed organization.
• Quantify customer impact in terms of operational efficiency, cost-to-serve, and total value of ownership.
